Family Reunion Time - Question for you all

Ok, folks. The time has come for the reunion committee to meet again. We'll be meeting shortly to catch up and divide up tasks but most importantly we need to pick a tentative date. We need your help on this one!

Timing: Did you like the reunion in July? Was Sunday a good day to have it or should it have been a Saturday?

Location: Was the location something that you liked or would you like to see it somewhere else?

These are questions that we need answers to before we meet. The timing and location are the first things we need to nail down so we can get the word out and have you all save the date and try to work in some travel plans, if necessary.

C'mon, the comment section is easy to use. Just leave us answers to those few questions. It will help us out a lot.

Thank you.

Hi, Donna! I thought a Sunday in the summer was fine, and I know my grandson, Anthony enjoyed the beach area-sand, water, etc., for the little ones it was great. I know that Matt and Katie would like to be here from N.C. for the next reunion so as long as we knew in advance, they would just plan for summer vacation visit around the date of the reunion. Take care, Judy

Hi,

I thought that July was a great time for the reunion. The place was just perfect, having an inside hall for the food or bad weather, and a lake. What more could we ask for! A Saturday might be better than a Sunday. It gives us another day to rest before heading back to work on Monday.

BRUCE & I THOUGHT THE PLACE LAST YEAR WAS PERFECT. WATER, SAND, SUN, SHADE AND EASY TO GET TO. INDOORS FOR THE FOOD, PERFECTO. JULY IS A GOOD TIME I THINK. PEOPLE CAN PLAN AROUND THEIR VACATIONS.

I, too, think the place in Plymouth was a good place to have the reunion. Beach for the kids, inside and outside eating places, good kitchen area and good parking. Seemed like a very flexible place to work with, too.
Saturday would be a good day of the week as long as that gives everyone a chance to cook because the food was fabulous! I wouldn't want a thing to change there.
