Family News!

So...we had a reunion meeting last night at Ed and Nadine's house. We had just about everyone on the committee there except Cheryl and Glenn who had important family things that needed attending to, but other than that it was a full house. Rose presided over the whole shindig with her gavel. But I'll get to that in a minute - the first half hour was just a mini reunion with catching up. Here's some of what we all shared.....

Along with becoming a great aunt soon (to neice Janna's new addition), Pam is going to be a grandma again. Her son Tommy is about to be a dad in August for the first time. Congrats to all!

Cheryl's daughter Jessica is getting married this summer and wedding plans are just about done.

Please keep Cindy and Paul in your prayers. Paul has been ill for quite some time now. Cindy, please let Paul know that Karaoke wouldn't be the same without him this year so we are all wishing him a speedy recovery!

Renee's boyfriend was on a snowmobile trip this past weekend and broke his leg. He had surgery on it this week. Yikes.

Wayne wants everyone to know that he lost weight. He looks fabulous (my words, not his).

Ed and Nadine's Kim moved to Foxboro with Todd in the middle of that snowstorm last weekend. She's also graduating from nursing school in May. Congrats, Kim!

Eddie Baker remarried recently to a 'wonderful' woman (says his mother, Donna), Stephanie.

Sharon's son, Brian, gratuated from college in Denver. Much to his grandpa's chagrin he's staying out in Colorado and has already landed a job at the Hyatt Regency. Way to go, Brian!

Speaking of his grandpa, Danny, he's got a new garage door these days.

Karen just came back from Florida and looks all tan and fabulous.

Karen's daughter Robin just got back from Italy. She brought her mother a very nice scarf - no food or leather, just a scarf.

Lisa Barton's youngest is getting married on Memorial Day Weekend in Portland, Oregon. Her aunt Donna is going to be doing all the flowers.

Lisa's oldest is having a baby in April. Another grandma is made!

Kathy (Cioffi) Berry wants everyone to know that her little Matthew has his first girlfriend, Mikela (he's 6)!

Kathy also reported that she'd had her gallbladder out in January. It seems to be an epidemic with Tocci's. In that room here are the folks that have had their gallbladder out...Nadine, Pam, Donna B., Ed, Kathy and I'm not sure about Karen or Rose, but that was enough to make Sharon and I a little nervous.....

Kenneth's son, KC, became a daddy in October. They live down south where KC is a police officer and doing great.

Oh, the 'Baker Boys' (aka The 2 Eds) are in business together. They own Milton Auto Repair, which is a Gulf Station on Canton Avenue in Milton. If you are in the area, please stop in and say hello.

Whew...that is all that I remember, but there was much, much more. You'll just have to come to the reunion and catch up with everyone in person!
